Learning to live with grief and change

These live workshops are a space for people navigating grief in all its forms, change, and the things we carry through life.

Not to fix it.

But to understand it, talk about it, and learn how to live with it.

Grief doesn’t follow a straight line, and it doesn’t come with a clear beginning or end. It shows up in loss, in transition, in caregiving, in identity shifts, in the realities of work, in physical injury, and in the quiet changes that reshape our lives over time.

 

These sessions are designed to give language to those experiences.

Each workshop blends simple, practical tools with guided conversation, creating a space where you can reflect, listen, share if you want to, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying.

 

There’s no pressure to speak.
No expectation to have it figured out.
Just a space to be part of something honest and human.

 

You don’t have to carry it alone.

What This Is

These are live, small-group workshops held twice a month.

Each session runs approximately 60 minutes, with space to continue the conversation if it feels meaningful to do so.

This is not therapy and not clinical in nature. These are guided, non-clinical conversations designed to help people better understand and navigate grief, change, and the realities of life.

Each session includes a short introduction to a theme or idea, followed by open, facilitated discussion and time for reflection.

You’ll be introduced to simple tools and language that help make sense of what you’re carrying, things you can bring into your everyday life, your relationships, and your work.

These are supportive, respectful spaces where you can participate as much or as little as you want. Some people share. Some listen. Both are part of the experience.

There’s no expectation to have it figured out. Just a space to show up as you are.

What to Expect
 

Each session includes:

• A short opening reflection to settle into the space
• A simple idea or framework to guide the conversation
• Open, facilitated discussion (share or just listen)
• Time to reflect and take something with you

No preparation needed.
No pressure to speak.
Just come as you are.

• loss of any kind
• life transitions or unexpected change
• caregiving or supporting someone else
• identity shifts or changes in direction
• the impact of work, stress, or physical injury
• or simply a sense that something has changed, and     it’s hard to name
